Prepare receiving area with a device connected to the internet.
The check-in table and assigned clerks
should be outside the building.
Proper distancing to the check-in table should be marked.
Be sure to TEST your internet connection.
Go to: https://speedtest.net
After you have completed your SPEED TEST,
Your speed should be at a minimum of
20 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
Higher numbers are better.
If your speed numbers are lower,
shut down all access to the wireless internet.
The exception would be the zoom device
and check-in device.
This can be achieved by one of the Bishopric
members or Stake HC who will have access.
Login to your email to view registrations before hand.
You should use the same device and email each week.
This way anyone can be assigned
to the check-in table.
Members and Visitors will show their
APPROVED MESSAGE OR EMAIL to the CLERK.
CLERK will then direct them to the door to meet the USHER.
(TEMPERATURE CHECKS ARE NOW OPTIONAL)
The USHER will open the door and escort them to their seat.
USHER to remind them of PROPER SOCIAL DISTANCING.
