Prepare receiving area with a device connected to the internet.

The check-in table and assigned clerks

should be outside the building.

​

Proper distancing to the check-in table should be marked.

 

Be sure to TEST your internet connection.

 After you have completed your SPEED TEST,

Your speed should be at a minimum of

20 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload

Higher numbers are better.

​

If your speed numbers are lower, 

shut down all access to the wireless internet.

The exception would be the zoom device

and check-in device.

​

This can be achieved by one of the Bishopric

members or Stake HC who will have access.

​

Login to your email to view registrations before hand.

​

You should use the same device and email each week.

This way anyone can be assigned

to the check-in table.
